So let use some garlic everyday to ensure your health strong. I’ve used garlic 15 years and seldom catch a disease. It maybe hard to use, so you can eat it with meat.
2. Take a hot bath:
When you’re in flu, your circulatory system work hardly. So if you take a hot bath, your blood will circulates easier. Of cources, when your circulatory system word well, your health will be improved.
3. Eat vegatables:
Vegatables will provide for you body vitamins, which will help your body fight to flu. Orange, apple, banana is some good examples.
4. Drink C-plus vitamins:
Although you can supplement vitamins by eating vegatables, but drink a C-plus vitamins tablet will help your body strong faster.
5. Play sport:
It sounds foolish, isn’t it?
You catch flu just because your body catch cold gas. Sport or any excercise that make you sweat will help your body eliminate cold gas. I’ve tried this method long time ago and found it is effect very much.
6. Sleep more than normal:
Your body now is very ill, so let your body relax. After a good sleep your body will be stronger.
I always do these methods when I feel I nearing catch disease and I always strong. It’s amazing because I just catch flu 1 time a year, and flu just go through me one or two days!
