You must clear this thing : “Health and beauty are close together” It’s mean you can’t have a beauty face with a super thin body and also with the contrary. In other words, you must have health to beauty.
So, you need to improve your health from now on. Here is the methods that I’ve trained and got good results:
1. Exercise:

Sporst, Kungfu or Yoga – That’s the best exercises for you to improve your health. You must train every day. Best time to train is from 6:00 to 8:00 am or from 4:00 to 6:00 pm .
Most people often diligent 2 weeks after begin, but from that day on they lazy and lazier. Why? Because they had practiced too heavy.
Your body like an engine. You can’t make your engine work with high capacity immediately. You must run it with slow speed, faster and faster until it has maximum speed.
So, let’s your body engine begin with easy exercise, gain difficult level slowly and you’ll strong on one near day.
Remember, don’t eat and drink too much before, during and after your excercise. It’s very dangerous to you!
2. Eat and drink moderation and correctly:
Like I’ve said, dont’ eat and drink too much before, during and after your excercise. Because when you eat, your blood must concentrate to digest your foods. And when you drink, you’ll stomachache.
For a better exercise, you should eat and drink before your excercise 1-2hr . And after practice, you should take a short rest (from 5-10) before drink water.
You must eat enough necessary nutrients: milk,vegatables,meat and grain is your health’s friends.
Don’t eat too much even you’re gaining weight. Let’s split your meals from 3 to 4 or 5. It will help you stronger and not obese.
3. Take a right bath:

Why I said “right bath”? You know, bath is help you clean and relax. But if you don’t know righ bath method, you’ll be ill.
Bathtub doesn’t good for your health, better you should take a shower. Shower will effect on your skin, help your nerve stronger.
Don’t go to bath room immediately after practice. At this time, your body is very hot, your pores blow bigger; so if you plush away on your body, it will reaction together. Sick is very quick!
Another important thing, if you can let take a bath with cold water. Cold water will help you strong and beaty.
4. Good sleep:

A good sleep will help you take your heath back. Some people contracted sleepless, myself among them. I’ve tried many methods and those are effect methods:
- Don’t take a too long nap after lunch. Nap after lunch too much will make you leepless at the night. Let’s time to nap from 30-45 minutes.
- Don’t drink coffee, tea, wine or smoking. Use stimulant may help you cheery in a short time, but will make you sleepless. Your health will be down.
- Steep your foot on your warm water before sleep.
- Smooth exercise.
5. Massage your face after sleep:

Massage your face will help you exclude lines.
If you’re a woman, you can use some aloe to massage.
6. Use nature beauty product:

Cosmetic beauty product is a double blade knife. It may help you beauty for a short time; but in the long time, it destroy your beauty. So be careful in choose a beauty product.
